Return and Refund Policy

At InsideCar.in, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality customized car accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
  • Return Window: You have 48 HOURS from the time of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Process:
    1. To request a return, please email us at support@insidecar.in with your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
    2. Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions within 3 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  • Special note: Any item that needs to be fitted by professional should be done by them only.  If any damage occurs during fitment, it will not come under return policy.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only for eligible returned items. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product sent).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items, unless defective or damaged during delivery.
