5. Installation Services

• We offer installation services for selected products in serviceable areas only.

• The availability of installation will be communicated before purchase, and the installation time slot will be discussed during or after product delivery.

• Customers must ensure their vehicle is available at the agreed location and time for installation. If rescheduling is required, additional charges may apply.

• Insidecar.in and its service partners are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Customers will be solely responsible for any damages that may occur to their vehicle during the installation of products. In the case of seat cover installation, the original seat cover may get damaged while fitting the new one, and Insidecar.in will not be held liable for such damage.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• We only accept returns or replacements if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images as proof.

• Personalized or custom-made orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

7. Warranty & Guarantee

• Certain products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to individual product descriptions for details.

• Warranty claims, if applicable, will be handled by the manufacturer and not Insidecar.in.

• We do not provide additional guarantees on products unless explicitly mentioned.
